I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom embroidery hoops or downloadable items. If you order a finished hoop, pin or needle minder that you'd like to return or exchange, email me at email@example.com
All packages are sent with a tracking number via Canada Post. If the package is lost, I will file a claim and follow the steps to retrieve it. If it is fully lost, I'll either issue a refund or restitch the hoop.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
Buyer is responsible for all customs and import charges. I am not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs.
No order cancellations after I've started stitching. But you can cancel up until that point.
I reserve the right to post photos of the finished work and use my images for my social media and promotional material. I will wait until after the hoop is gifted if you give me heads up!
